Arrival

 

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you should arrive 10 min. after  your appointment time, keep in mind your service time will be shorten as a courtesy for our stylist to start the following guest appointment on time or your appointment might be reschedule.

 

Service Correction

We want our guest to be happy with our services days after leaving our salon but there might be at time that something might feel not right. We stand by our work so if for any reason there is any issues with the service performed please call us within 3 days to reschedule so we can resolve the problem at no charge to make it right.

 

Retail Products

 

We guarantee our products so if there is any issues please call us within 3 days from your purchase date for an exchange / credit towards your next service.
